Firstly we look for a direct match against our global pool of data. The remaining records are then processed for email syntax match. Here, we input the name of your contact into the known syntax or format for the company email. This is checked for complete accuracy using our in-house full verification solution – Emailinspector. We then return your database complete with new email address information.
What is the success rate?
Each file is different, we are able to perform a match test on part or all of your file to give you an accurate idea of the match expected. We regularly achieve email append rates of 70%+ on UK data sets and around 50%+ on projects globally.
