However, with the added cost of direct mail, it is key to add the correct information to your database. Postal Address Appending adds the valid Postal Address to the contacts on your file from a pool of transactional records, ensuring accuracy and legitimacy.
What do we need from you?
As with all types of matching, the more information you can provide us, the better the match rate will be. As a minimum we require; First initial, Full surname, Email address. Preferred additional information; Full forename, Title, Telephone number, D.O.B.
What is the process?
We recommend that you transfer data through our secure online portal. Once we receive your current database, we are able to analyse the file, ensure the data required is present and inform you of any abnormal findings. From here, we’ll begin the match process against our inhouse data then the pool of data available to us. This process can be intensive, however we can return your file in as little as 4 working days.
Once a match is found we will append this to your contact. To ensure you get the most accurate and up-to-date information, the newly appended data is passed against the Postal Address File (PAF) which is produced and updated by the Royal Mail.
